Oh bananas, Oh bananas, Oh bananas!!!

Well, after a delicious breakfast of pancakes, eggs, steak and coffee, it means it's time to post about the absolute insanity which has been the past few days.

Star Wars dominated me on wednesday and although it was a pretty sweet deal, I paid for it the next day. I went to class the next day with only four hours of sleep under my belt and with every ounce of energy that I had, made it through the half day of class and lab work that followed after that. Upon arriving home I immediately crashed and napped for a good while.

We went to the RCHA that night for McM's father's b-day. I was so out of it that night. After about two pints I was drunk and after McM's dad ordered us pizza, I just sat and ate without saying a word. At some point in the night, I feathered a punch towards McM's sack because he was sticking it in my face and because he was too drunk to realize how fast he was moving, it made contact. Lesson to be learned; Do not stick your crocth in my face while saying 'suck on that'.

After a good sleep that night, I used the friday to take care of things. Laundry and groceries and what not. J-Bun got in late that night so instead of patio beers with BPIC, we just watched a Million Dollar Baby. After polishing off a bottle of wine in the first half, we decided to just forget about the second half and find something else to do.

So needless to say, I was tired to the next morning for the third time in three weeks. But I was still quite jacked because we were gonna have the BBQ! After making J-Bun breakfast, I went out to find items for making a potato salad. Overall the salad wasn't that bad but wasn't to die for. At sixish, people started showing up with various items to BBQ along with various other snacks and beers. Our beer fridge was filled to the nuts!

Things were going well for the most part but McM and I ran into a dish crises due to some small poor planning. So halfway through the BBQ phase of the night, we did an emergency run of dishes so people had things to eat on.

So much meat was BBQ'd yesterday, we could have fed a small army. There was food everywhere and all of it was delicious. At some point during the BBQ, the Charlestown lake girls showed up! It was unbelievable. I couldn't figure out how or what keeps leading them to events that we host. The strangest thing is that they just BBQ'd their stuff and just sat around for the rest of the night. Weird.

Fish showed up at some point during the night which was slightly unexpected on my watch. The strange thing was that it felt exactly like the last time I saw Sparxx where it was nice to have her around, but things had just settled so far away from where they use to be. Overall it was just odd.

I soon settled back into my crazy ways though after taking part of one of BPICs magic shows. I was pretty rocked after this and so were many others including BPICgal and J-Bun.

Beirut started up and everything progressed up and down following that. Throughout the course of this, food was slung around and many, many drinks were consumed. Jumpy, Giles and I went to a concert later to join up with BPIC(gal) and J-Bun at a friend's concert. That was awesome. Mrs. Gora is gonna make it big one day beucase she has a wonderful voice.

When we returned home, it looked like a bomb had gone off. The Weekes sisters were down and out for the count and their was food all over the place. There were some randoms playing guitar on our porch. I didn't want to have to deal with any of it so I just retired to bed at that point shutting the door behind me.

Cleaning up this morning took about an hour. After four phases of dishwashing, some heavy wiping, crazy story telling from housemates and a heavy duty vacuuming, the house was somewhat decent again. Overall, it was certainly a very crazy night.

Another Sunday down

So as the last entry, I left you everyone a little diddy about a pretty sweet weekend. The days following that were filled with the usual school and random nothings that I usually do. I watched a lot of lost, went to the gym and did a lot of running.

Over the course of wednesday and saturday we shot a bunch of Jitsu video for the Jitsumercial Jumpy is putting together for one of the instructors in South Carolina. This was a hell of a lot of fun because, we were just putting to together a lot of flashy Jitsu stuff and realy getting into talking about the nature of what we do. I'm excited to see the final product as well as get my hands on all of the cool footage we got.

It was nice to see Thumper again. I havn't seen that guy in about a month now but naturally we didn't miss a step and were up to our old tricks. I got to hear about his engagement which was a nice little treat.

Last night was a whole lot of fun as it saw the return of Dr. Fin and Frenchmabob! I havn't seen those guys since the new year and it was wicked sweet to have them back. After hanging out at the house for a while with McM's warchief for her birthday we went out to the BrewPub for scotches and just shot the shit like the good old days. I'm glad some things never change because it's the small things like that are the best things in life.

I am quite proud of McM's conduct in the past few weeks as, even though he's done some silly silly things, he is attempting to rectify them and in turn handle himself in a more distinguished manner. It's a good things he's got a good role model in myself. Now if I could only get him to be a bit tidier.

This weekend is a pure party weekend leading into the 2-4!. For one, there is no test this week! Weeeeeeeeeeeeee! Monday, Je-Pat is up and he wants to hit up the beach slam! Wednesday night Jumpy, BPIC and myslef are hitting up the midnight premiere of Episode III. Then starting friday, it's the 2-4 weekend with Dr. Fin, J-Bun and the usual posse! I am thinking that we might have a BBQ here at the 4-3-9.

Finally, after what seems like four months, on and off, the storm has finally quieted down. In moving the metaphor, it feels like I'm surveynig the reckage and seeing what can be salvaged and what's not worth it anymore. Only time will tell.

Closing thoughts:
- New Family Guy tonight!
- It's nice when there are constants in your life to pick you up when you're down.
- I'm pretty lucky to have known the people I've known
- This weekend is gonna be sweet!
- I got that Jitsu beat back in my heart again and it ticks and tocks for some bouncing!
- Thinkin of giving up the magic tricks for a little bit. Heard a story last night that didn't sit well with me.
- "And if you never stop when you wave goodbye. You just might find if you give it time, You will wave hello again... You just might wave hello again"

A sweet ass weekend

Well, I was waiting for the appropriate moment to write about the wickedly sweet time I had this weekend and based on the news I've just recieved, I think it's time to make that entry. Before moving on to that though I should start at the beginning of the weekend.

Friday was pretty tame. I was pretty sick of social nonsense at that point and tired of studying for tests as well so I decided to do dick fuck all. I came home, vegged out for a while, watched about three episodes of lost, ate and then watched three more episodes of lost. After that, I decided that I was going to do a bit of shopping for the BBQ the next day (when J-Bun was comming!!!). I've missed J-Bun since she left and I think she was a little down after leaving Kingston, so I wanted to do a little extra. So for the BBQ, I got her a little Aquafina citrus and some other items which will come up later in the story. After that, it was lazy time but before turning in, I watched another episode of lost. Seven episodes overall.

Saturday I arose to a gorgeous day. I decided to go running which proved to be not the best idea as I was dehydrated from not taking care of myself the day before. Thus towards the end of my sprinting sessions, I bottomed out. Thankfully that would be the worst part of my day. I came home to delicious Eggs and Bacon which McM had kindly made for me and topped it off with fruit and cereal. From there I tried to convince McM to go to future shop to buy a copy of phantom (which is a sweet movie) but he was getting ready for a boat cruise. Thus, I asked BPIC if he was interested in going and he was happy to partake since he was going out anyways.

Later, we would get to future shop and I would end up getting phantom as well as Simpsons season 4 and 5. After that we went groceries for some BBQ items and then went to homes to shower and such. After preparing a delicious salad and showering, J-Bun, BPIC and BPICgal arrived. BPIC brought venison steaks and boar sausage patties while BPICgal brought a pasta salad. I made a delicious greek salad while J-Bun brought delicious fruit and berries. The overall sum of everything was delicious. Big GentleG ended up joining us for a while as we stuffed our faces. BPIC would end up showing us some more magic tricks before and after dinner so needless to say, by the end, we were full and very happy.

We cleaned up a little and settled in for beers and the simpsons. During the course of simpsons mania, we dominated nachos and salsa even though we were full from steaks and Lockburgers (Boar patties). Following the simpsons, it was phantom time which took us into the end of the night. Overall, a very sweet night which saw us all dominated by food and smiles.

Yesterday (sunday) I worked a little, help BPIC put of flyers and then watched some TV with the gang a little while later. Nothing major.

The best news about the weekend came today though when I recieved news that my instructor has FINALLY gotten engaged to be married with his long time girlfriend. This is by far, some of the best news that I could have hoped for and am very happy for the two of them. So overall, this weekend gets a A+

Random thoughts:
- Lost is wicked sweet
- New episode of 24 tonight
- Family guy not so good last night
- Downloaded the new collective soul, dave matthews, star wars, backstreet boys albums. I'm sure people will only see backstreet say something stupid.

The unsent letter

"If you don't have something nice to say, you shouldn't say it at all"

That's something I've always followed for the most part. That way in turn no one will ever have to say anything bad back to you. And yet for the past two weeks, there have been a tonne of negative comments that I've wanted to make. So, I tried something new today to get out all of the negative things that have been floating around my head as of late. I wrote a letter which summarized everything into one big packet of rage and anger and by doing so I was allowed to let out some of this pent up emotion that has been harbouring. The letter itself will likely never see the light of day and it's probably better to stay that way. I recommend doing the same if you need to get something off your chest or need to vent.

In other news, on the lighter side of zout, the past week has mainly revolved around school and downloading lost episodes. The peril of good television is that it sucks you in and from then on in you're hooked on it like a drug. Thus I forsee a lot of lost this weekend as oppose to necessary studying.

I've had nothing but burgers this week. They're delicious and easy to make. Pretty healthy overall too. Sunday and monday, I made my patented Batista burger which in most circle is known as the Jalapeno burger. Wednesday, McM made me a Sirloin burger which was also fantastic. Thursday saw the rise a new creation which will definately be a hit in the house over the summer and future bbqs. There was leftover Assassin Pate (feta pate) from the family guy get together we had on sunday. In my desire for a new taste on the Batista Burger, I covered it in Assassin Pate. The rest is history and now we have the Evolution Burger.

It's suppose to be an awesome weekend. Sunny and warm all weekend which equals brilliance. Thus don't be suprised to see me out on the Patio muchin on nachos and salsa. Also gonna be some sweet running weather. J-Bun, BPIC and BPICgal are comming over for what will surely be a sweet dinner on saturday! Sunday, mother's day! Don't forget kiddies!

I'm hoping by the weekends end I'll be back to my light comtemplative mode as oppose to serious mode which I've been stuck in more than I would like to have been in recent times.

Wowzers

This has been one hell of a week. Been through the gamit of emotions with both old and new friends. In a word - nutty. In two words - Holy Smokes. In three - Purple Monkey Banana. I've just got two quotes to resume this:

"Stand up beside the fireplace
Take that look from off your face
You ain't ever gonna burn my heart out"

"Whatever you need
What I would give if you should ask it of me
To make you feel complete"

Updating my own damn blog

Well, that's the way it was put to my anyways.

Compared to calgary, this weekend was pretty tame. Friday I spent catching up on sleep. I had a two hour nap when I got back from class and that night I slept for 12H. It was quite the battle convincing myself to just go to bed as there is a desire to continue partying comming off the calgary trip, but knew it was necessary.

After quite the sleep, I felt like a delicious breakfast that morning. Upon examining what I had in the kitchen I decided that banana pancakes, bacon and eggs were in order. After a bit of breakfast magic I was chowing down on deliciousness. I finished off with a delicious coffee before starting some studying for a test I have on friday.

After about three hours of some semi-sucessful studying, I turned to making some a pot luck dish for a dinner I had been invited to later that night. Now I enjoy cooking but hate the amount of prep required for making some of the better dishes. Thus I picked a simple Jambalaya recipe that I came accross on the net.

It was a straight forward recipe and after about two and a half hours total, I had it ready. It was too hot to sample so I had to trust that I had made it properly. Turns out that it was in fact pretty good and thus for one day I was 'an extra-ordinary chef'.

After sprucing up I headed over to BPICgal's to rendez-vouz at which point we both left for the party. I was told I looked quite handsome which made me feel special.

The pot luck itself was pretty dissapointing. Nothing but salads and breads with the only main dish being mine at the time. Thus, my plate was mainly my jambalaya which turned out to be delicious. Thankfully, sometime later, some mini pizzas would show up and a lot later, some type of roast.

The party following that was pretty dismal. The promised bands did show up but it was a rather non-moving preformance aisde from the fact that the people there were all old and I didn't feel like talking to them. Thus my only alternative was to fire up the six beers I brought with J-Bun in an attempt to salvage what looked to be a failure in the making.

Thankfully, BPIC would show up a little later after returning from his boar hunting. Naturally he had a little magic in his pocket and a couple of us venutred upstairs to indulge in the magic show.

When we came back down there was some improv jams going on which was pretty cool. One guy had some pretty sick freestyles going on and one of BPIC's buds was pulling some mad notes on the drums. That went on for a little while until the 5-0 showed up with a nice fine for noise disturbance.

The party cooled off after that and J-Bun and I soon took off. We arrived back at the T-Bone palace for the end of the weekly beirut tourney. I kinda high and tired and wanted to go to bed but decided to be social and mingle.

Things were pretty normal until J-Bun got into a verbal scrap with Kickfiend. Under normal circumstances, he's a pretty cool guy but with likely 8-10 molsen kick's in him, things got slightly out of hand and ended with J-Bun getting slapped. At that point I stepped in and demanded an apology be made before things got too nutty. Thankfully the apology was quickly handed over and later a more meaningful apology was given to me. Molsen kick has been banned from tournies for this reason.

J-Bun and I retired after that figuring one slap was enough for the night. Once again, I slept pretty well.

Today has been mainly spent studying with a break for the gym. I got locked out again after forgetting my keys for the second time. That's life though.

Closing thoughts:
- Molsen Kick does strange things
- I've been told that a photo of BPIC and I giving each other a peck on the cheek is gay. The ladies seem to enjoy it though so I could care less.
- BPIC and BPICgal had some interest in me going out with a friend of their's (who hosted the potluck and party). There realy seems to be little in common between the two of us so I can't figure out why they thought it was a good idea.
- Pre-Drinking is a bad term. In theory this would be all the actions leading up to actual drinking if it was in fact pre-drinking. Thus it would be the warm up act of twisting caps and pouring drinks before they're consumed, right?
- I am a fantastic chef. Zouty Lagosy!
- Just close your eyes by Waterproof blonde is my song of the week

Waterproof Blonde - Just Clothes your eyes

Decieved by my eyes
in all I was told I should see
Opinions not mine
The person they taught me to be
One light in the dark
A vision of someone I knew
Then in the darkness
I saw a voice say I'm you

Inside me a light was turned on
Then I was alive

If you close your eyes
Your life, a naked truth revealed
Dreams you never lived and scars never heal
In the darkness light will take you to the other side
If I've been waiting there you'll see if you just close your eyes

Hearts uninspired
Trapped inside somebody's dream
Too close to the fire
Yet cold and so numb with the pain
The fever has broken
And the river has run to the sea
Washed to the ocean
And saved by your voice inside me

Inside me a light was turned on
then I was alive

If you close your eyes
your life a naked truth revealed
Dreams you never lived and scars never heal
In the darkness light will take you to the other side
If I've been waiting there you'll see if you just close your eyes

Never thought I would be here
So high in the air
this is my unanswered prayer
defined by another
so much wasted time
out of the darkness
each breath that I take will be mine

If you close your eyes
Your life, a naked truth revealed
Dreams you never lived and scars never heal
In the darkness light will take you to the other side
If I've been waiting there you'll see if you just close your eyes

If you just close your eyes

Too much

Well if I made one of my normal blog entries I think I could write a novel like BPIC. So I'm gonna resume the last few weeks in point form.

Sunday
I was very hungover and sad that the previous day had to end. I was also amazed at how much money I'd spent. A little too much. BPIC was over, we ate subs and watched Jay and Silent Bob strikes back. After that he left, I updated my website with semi pics and then went to bed and passed out.

Monday
Realized I was heading home the next day and thus had to pack for calgary or else I'd have nothing to take. Laundry was finished at which point we celebrated Keeves's B-day. That was messy. McM and the rest demolished alcohol. There was a 19 year old here who kept ranting about how good Donny Darko was. It's a good movie but not at a party. Oh well.

Tuesday
Went home and played video games and forgot to pick my sister up from the train station. Whoops!

Wednesday
Realized I needed to get stuff done instead of just playing video games. Cleaned up the house a little, went to the gym, did some groceries, made some delicious dinner. Thumper, BPIC and J-Bun (Previously action Gal) arrived and we chatted about how awesome Calgary was gonna be. No one wanted to sleep.

Thursday
Everyone wanted to sleep when it was time to hit the airport. So after some violent bed shaking, we were on our way to calgary. Plane ride was cramped and they served cardboard waffles but we were on our way to calgary!!! We arrived, tried to nap but that didn't work so we went and saw sin city which was messed up. Jessica Alba is hot though. Got back and went to train after being up for 20+ hours. That wasn't very pretty. Quickest grading ever followed that at a record 15 minutes. Went to the bar and I fell asleep in the comfy chair. Met EnglishMutt there who put us up at his place which was nice of him.

Friday
Went to Lake Louise for the day which was awesome. We threw timbits during the car ride there, took a trail down lake louise, bought some delicious citrus water, had dinner at the Keg and then threw muffins at the other car on the way back because we were out of timbits. Had a pint that night when we returned and turned in a little early to conserve energy for the next day.

Saturday
Course and a grading = tired T-Bone. It also means time to party like it was 1999! We were introduced to Peter's Drive-In that day which is a wickedly sweet venue. They have 32 or so flavours of Shakes amongst other items. I got a Root Beer shake, double cheeseburger and a chesse dog. It was delicious. Jfashion decided to get a large fry which was nutty because the serving size turned out to be the size of an adult head. No joke. Four of us couldn't put a dent in it. After failing that mission, we went to EnglishMutt's to shower and then we were off to Molly Mallone's. In summary, I had many pints of guinness, did many foolish things and made google eyes with a mini Britney Spears. I can't believe a hot girl was attracted to me. These things don't usually happen.

Sunday
Ugghhhhhh. Hungover training. The course was cut short because people were falling over. Everyone was dead tired. Naturally, I was dumb and went to the very end. After the course, we once again hit Peter's Drive-In as J-Bun wanted milkshakes and no one objected. After milksahkes, I think we napped but it was a blur at this point as fatigue had set in. That night we went to ScrewDriver Bill's/Corkscrew Bibs/BottleScrew Bill's. I don't acutally know what the real name is to this day. Drank a little, got slapped by a Shodan and then drank more. I wanted to go dancing but we decided to get nachos instead at EnglishMutt's. After two rounds of Nachos and burning some some wrapped greenish plant it was 4am and time to pass out.

Monday
Next morning it was time to pack and say goodbye to the nice folk who had hosted us. After having some food we concluded out trip with some shopping and then headed for the airport. I tried to lighten the sad atmosphere by saying that 'I was sad' over and over again but it was still sad.

Tuesday
Got home at 4am, slept and made it to 2/4 classes. Posted photos Calgary on my website, did some laundry and slept. Write-off day to catch up on sleep basically.

Wednesday
Saw Hook with J-Bun and BPIC to ease the Calgary withdrawl. We ate some delicious cake.

Thursday and Friday
Finished a final copy of the slideshow and caught up on sleep. Gonna run later.

Concluding thoughts:
- I want to be back in Calgary. Thanks to everyone who covered my fare so I could be part of this.
- I can't believe a hot girl flirted with me. That dosn't make any sense at all. Must be calgary water.
- Finally done the slideshow
- I am still very privilleged to have met so many wonderful and considerate people

The Semi!

What an awesome day this turned out to be.

I awoke that morning to buy items for the breakfast I was suppose to hold but it turns out that most people were partying until six in the morning and thus would not end up making it. A couple stragglers, including a ridiculously hungover Jumpy would arrive. Things were pretty chill until rock climbing as we just chilled on the porch and chatted away in the warm sun.

The two thirty meeting time for rock climbing rolled around and about half the individuals who said that they were attending showed up on time. I was not suprised by this at all as no one is ever prompt in the club. That's just life though.

After making a few telephone calls, most items got straightened out. One individual decided to just not show up. I'll include a note here that if you want to know the best way to piss me off, then you should know that easiest way to do that is to say you're going to do something and then not do so without any explanation or apology. It's the rudest thing you could possibly do.

Thankfully the day progressed up from there and that was the only thing that would get me pissed. Rock climbing was a blast, I mingled, I climbed, I mingled more and snapped some hilariously funny photos. I had to do a little time shuffling since we started a little later but that was pretty easy.

Slideshow came next and as people trickled into the T-Bone Palace, I knew that this was gonna be exactly as I wanted it to be. My goal was to pay tribute to everyone who had played a role in my Jitsu run and I think when everyone saw the slideshow, they were content as everyone understood what I wanted to say in that we'd been part of something special.

Since we were a little past due on the clock, we didn't have too much reflection time to look at the photos and remember the awesome times but it was okay because we were on our way to make more.

Dinner was awesome. Just awesome. Food was awesome. The awards were awesome. The Bus was awesome for putting such a lavish meal together for everyone. I could not stop eating the delciousness. The theme was egyptian and there was everything from baba ganoush (sp?) to lamb kabobs. Magnificent.

From there we hit the palace again for some pre grizz drinks and then were off to the dance floor. As soon as we got there, we were into our shot stylings with a good ol prarie fire. It was crazilily strong and set my face on fire but it was okay since it was a good burn. Following that came the dancing in the extremely hot dance area. At this point something awesome happend that should have happend a long time ago.

Now I had not spoken of this on the blog because I don't like to harp on the bad but Fish and I had not spoken for almost three weeks. Even at large socials, snickery glances would go back and forth and that would be the extent of things between us. While on the dancefloor, my bladder decided it was washroom time. On the way there, I noticed another pack of us were on the way to the dance floor including Fish with the look that had become all too custom.

Within about thirty seconds, I decided it was time to quit acting like a hipster doofus and deal with things like a big boy would. So I went to the bar and got her one of her favourite drinks. After spilling half of it while trying to get back to the dance floor I would finally get back and offer it to her as a peace offering. Intially extending my hand, I'm sure she questioned whether I was aiming towards her but would confirm things by swiftly kicking her in the ass and affirming it. And thus, at least for the night, things were gonna be okay.

The dancing was awesome with the DJ playing some good oldies. I managed to get two requests in and they were both played which was amazing. When I tried for a third, I was notified that it was time for the last dance. I wasn't quite sure how time had flown by but while the chimes of 'One' began to play, I knew there were only two girls who I wanted to be dancing with.

For once, Sparxx never crossed my mind which was good and bad. Good in that I wouldn't be wasting time anymore but bad in that it was sad that such sincere feelings had turned to nothing.

But with the fitting lyric 'Is it getting better, or do you feel the same?' I knew which of the two I needed to be holding at the time. Thus I quickly apologized to ActionGal, who would warmly say 'you're right' and latched onto Fish. Things made sense then and in going with fate that night I whispered 'that it was time to fix things' and it is. It was good to be on the right path overall that night.

The rest of the night would find us back at my place, sipping on Scotch and other drinks until the sun came up. It was the end to a day that will forever stay in my heart and was a fitting way for T-Bone to exit the club. No sadness, no tears, just smiles.

A long overdue post

According to my log, the last time I posted was after the Queen's grading and even that was very short. Thus for brevities sake I'm just going to resume the event between then and friday.

-Fuckin exams!!!!!
-Slideshow came along well and was a treat (I think) to those who watched it
-24 rocked the house. Jack killed 40 or more people. One person he 'stabbed in the heart'.
-Feast a Mania came and went but much like Batista overcame Triple H, the Batista Burger was just that much better than cerebral assassin pate.
-Overall wrestlemania was a treat

When exams were said and done, I was definately gald to walk away from them. I had no motivation in the last one and unfortunately it showed. The rest of them all went pretty well thankfully. Overall though I was just glad to be done.

When I got home I immediately proceeded to do all the things that get left behind. The washroom was throughly cleaned and once that was done, I cleaned myself up with a shave, shower and haircut (not on my own, at the salon). That took me to about 5 ish at which point to overall fatigue of the last week had set in. At that point I just sat in my chair and vegitated for about 30 mins and watched wrestlemania again. From there I attempted to finalize numbers for dinner and climbing for the Semi-Formal.

Next came the session which was my last at Queen's. I was super exhausted at his point so naturally I got a good warmup going with lots of breakfalling and thankfully it did the trick and woke me up. The session itself was good with an intro for Action Gal into the kamikazi ways of Jitsu teaching. In the end, it was a nice farewell as a member of the Queen's Club as next year I'll just be a guest. It wasn't as emotional as I thought it would be, mainly because I was pretty beat.

From there, I attempted to socialize as much as my body would let me. The X-ray folk were participating in an unofficial pub crawl so I joined them at the Brass where they had a shot and then moved on towards MyBar. I got kind of excited at this point and started buying people drinks and in about thirty minutes I had laid down about $50 dollars of which $7 or so were spent on me. It's a good thing I don't make a habit out of this. Its also good that shots were cheap as a fuck at MyBar, otherwise I might have done something more foolish.

The X-ray folk decided that they were heading to the Toucan (which is downtown) and so I decided to leave at this point and head over to Jumpy's who was holding the last party ever at his house. When I got there, there were a fair amount of people there which is how I enjoy it as it is condusive to socializing. I talked to a few about their attendence at the Semi and chastized those who gave me the wrong answer. At about 1 am, the dancing picked up. I made a critical judgement that I needed sleep if I was going to enjoy the Semi-Formal the next day and cut out here. Sometimes I wish I had unlimited stamina and could do everything as long as I wanted but unfortunately and confined to the laws of man. I think I passed out as soon as I hit the bed and didn't wake up until the next day...

... which was the Semi-Formal!!!

Frekin Exams

Alright, so exams are pissing me off. I can't even write a good entry to entail how happy I was about the grading. The only thing I can say is that in summary I am very proud overall to have been part of the grading (even as an uke) and moreso about the fine candidates that recieved their belts. Congrats all.

I've posted some pictures from the social afterwards with blogger and picasa. I don't like this format. Tell me if you like it.
